Man arrested after allegedly stealing 4 beers from Wesco.


PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — A 34-year-old Ludington man was arrested for retail fraud at the Wesco East Gate store in the 5600 block of West US 10 Thursday, Oct. 5, at 4:25 a.m. after the clerk reportedly saw him take four cans of beer from the store, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

– 2:42 p.m., (Michigan State Police), a 58-year-old Custer man was cited for improper plate, Rasmussen Road and Jebavy Drive, Pere Marquette Township.

Thursday, Oct. 5, 2017:

– 1 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injuries, Iris Road and Lakeshore Drive, Pere Marquette Township.
