The following is recent police activity in Mason County:
Monday, Sept. 25, 2017:
– 6:40 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injuries, Fountain and Petersen roads, Victory Township.
– 7:45 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, Free Soil Road east of Budzynski Road, Meade Township.
– 9:04 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), criminal sexual conduct (CSC) complaint, East Dowland Street, City of Ludington.
– 9:04 a.m., (LPD), CSC complaint, Third Street, City of Ludington.
– 9:16 a.m., (MCSO), warrant arrest, sheriff’s office, City of Ludington. A 33-year-old Rogers City, Michigan man was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Presque Isle County.
– 4:45 p.m,, (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, minor injury, Reek Road south of US 10, Custer Township.
– 7:50 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, Beaune Road south of Fountain Road, Hamlin Township.
Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2017:
– 3:06 p.m., (LPD), larceny theft, 400 block of South Rowe Street, City of Ludington.
– 4:53 p.m., (LPD), operating while intoxicated, 900 block of East Tinkham Avenue, City of Ludington.
– 10:01 p.m., (Michigan State Police), a 28-year-old Ludington man was arrested for a carrying a concealed weapon violation, Pere Marquette Highway and Sixth Street, Pere Marquette Township.
