LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Routh

• Gavin Ray Routh, 22, of 525 N. LaSalle Rd., Amber Township, was arrested May 1 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of accosting a child for immoral purposes, two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, and aggravated indecent exposure. Preliminary hearing: August 30 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $50,000 cash.

Avery

• Eric Keith Avery, 40, of 1218 S. Madison St., Apt. 5, Ludington, was arrested August 13 by LPD on felony charges of aggravated stalking and malicious use of a telecommunications device. Preliminary hearing: September 6 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $35,000 cash.

Fargo

• Michael Thomas Fargo, 40, of 694 W. Sugar Grove Rd., Victory Township, was arrested August 18 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of third-degree fleeing police, carrying a concealed weapon and second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary hearing: September 6 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.
