‘Four Stories – One Woman’ dramatic program to be presented at Epworth.

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — A one woman dramatic program titled “Four Stories – One Woman” with Claudia McCain, will be presented on Wednesday, Aug. 2 at 7:30 p.m. at Epworth’s Historic Auditorium. The public is welcome to the event.

The presentation will consist of four short pieces: the one-woman play “Thirteen Things About Ed Carpolotti” by Jeffrey Hatcher, a reading of “Camberwell House” by Amelia Roper and two Shakespearean monologues.

In 2011 McCain appeared at Epworth for one night in a staged reading of William Luce’s “The Belle of Amherst” as a benefit for the Epworth Women’s Auxiliary. She is a professional theatre actor based in Sun Valley/Ketchum, Idaho, and has been performing for over 30 years in a wide variety of plays from musicals, to comedy to drama.

McCain is a member of Actors Equity Association and the Union of Stage Actors and Managers in the U.S.

Admission to “Four Stories – One Woman” with Claudia McCain is free and donations to the EWA’s building maintenance programs will be greatly appreciated.
