AMBER TOWNSHIP —  A 41-year-old Ludington man was arrested by Mason County sheriff’s deputies Friday at 6:09 a.m. after he allegedly entered a home in the 3300 block of West Johnson Road and assaulted two men and a woman, said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.
“The suspect had reportedly been involved in a relationship with the female victim and found her at an Amber Township residence with another man,” the sheriff said. “That man and his brother who had attempted to break up the fight were also reportedly assaulted and a door and lamp broken.”
The suspect was arrested for home invasion and extortion, both of which are 20-year felonies; along with two counts of assault; one count of domestic violence; and one count of damaging property under $200.
