Businessman Doug Caswell passes away. 

Ludington businessman Doug Caswell passed away Saturday afternoon after a battle with cancer. He was 69-years-old and had owned Caswell-Latocha, a beverage distribution company, before selling the company a few years ago.

Caswell was a big supporter of the Scottville Clown Band and its youth scholarship programs and also a supporter of the Western Michigan Fair, along with many other organizations. He resided in Hamlin Township.
