‘Unwanted person’ arrested on outstanding warrants.

CUSTER TOWNSHIP — A 51-year-old Scottville man was arrested by Mason County sheriff’s deputies Tuesday, April 11, at 1:45 p.m. on two outstanding failure to appear warrants issued in Mason County following a call of an “unwanted person” in the 2200 block of South Scottville Road, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

Saturday, April 8, 2017:
– 4:45 a.m., (Michigan State Police), driving without insurance, US 10 and Benson Road, Branch Township.
– 10 p.m., (MSP), a 32-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for marijuana possession following a traffic stop, US 10 and Jebavy Drive, Pere Marquette Township.
Tuesday, April 11, 2017:
– 6:50 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injuries, Meyers Road north of Conrad Road, Amber Township.
– 1:44 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), warrant arrest, 700 block of East Fifth Street, City of Ludington.
– 5:15 p.m., (LPD), unwanted person, Atkinson Drive, City of Ludington.
