CSC tops district court arraignments.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in 79th District Court:
Felonies
Carr
– Robert Lee Carr, 33, of 614 E. Dowland St., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 2 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of child sexually abusive activity or material, using a computer to commit a crime, second-degree criminal sexual conduct (victim under 13), and second-offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: Feb. 22 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $75,000 cash/surety.
O’Conner
– Alkus Charles Danny O’Conner, 42, of 10331 N. Stephens Rd., Free Soil Township, was arrested Feb. 2 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of unlawfully driving away a motor vehicle (auto theft) and second-offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: Feb. 22 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000 cash/surety.
Misdemeanors
– Jesus Maria Chavez, 17, of 603 S. Washington Ave., Ludington; Jan. 20; LPD; three counts of breaking and entering a vehicle, two counts of larceny less than $200, and two counts of receiving and concealing stolen property less than $200. Pretrial: March 6 at 2 p.m. Bail: $7,500 cash/surety.
– Logan Lee Harris, 26, of 1774 Independence Ave., Amber Township; Feb. 3; Michigan State Police (MSP); embezzlement by an agent or trustee. Pretrial: March 13 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal.
-Erica Hope Carey, 36, of 3883 E. Main St., Fountain; Jan. 31; MSP; trespassing. Pretrial: Feb. 27 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
– Charles John Thompson, 59, of 72 S. Quarterline Rd., Amber Township; Feb. 2; MCSO; possession of marijuana. Pretrial: March 13 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal.
– Jonathon Michael Tyndall, 24, of 147 S. Wildwood Run, Apt. 8, Amber Township; Jan. 31; possession of marijuana. Pretrial: March 6 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Chad William Edward Bonnville, 23, of 117 E. Second St., Ludington; Feb. 3; LPD; OWI. Pretrial: March 13 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal.
– Angela Faye Rodriguez, 39, of 2267 Custer Rd., Sherman Township; Feb. 2; MSP; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: March 13 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Tracy Ann Corliss, 51, of 209 S. Park St., Ludington; Feb. 2; MCSO; second-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: March 13 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal.

– Nathan William Clark, 19, of 301 E. State St., Scottville; Jan. 27; MCSO; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: March 6 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Fred Ratliff, 47, of 1619 W. First St., Amber Township; Feb. 2; MCSO; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance). Pretrial: March 13 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal.
– Dennis Michael Hogendyk, 58, of 7079 Sandra Kay Ave., Branch Township; Feb. 2; MSP; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance). Pretrial: March 6 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500 personal.
– Joshua Aaron Kozicki, 31, of 4131 S. Morton Rd., Riverton Township; Feb. 6; MCSO; operating while intoxicated (OWI) and possession of marijuana. The charge stems from a Sept. 9, 2016 incident. Pretrial: Feb. 16 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal.
