Felonies

Dekle

– Mark Edward Dekle, 29, of 8327 W. Hollyhock Ave., Baldwin, was arrested Jan. 15, 2017 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on felony charges of attempted home invasion, interfering with an electronic communications device, second offense domestic violence, fourth degree fleeing police, two counts of resisting/obstructing police, threating to kill or injure a person, and second offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: Feb. 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $50,000 cash/surety.

Rangel

-Guadalupe Rangel, Jr., 42, of 303 Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 22 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of assault/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary hearing: Feb. 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Mosqueda

-Jesus Ivan Mosqueda-Rubio, 30, of 1141 Daisy Lane, Lot 13, Pere Marquette Township, was arrested Jan. 19 by MSP on felony charges of uttering & publishing, identity theft, and second offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: Feb. 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000 cash/surety.

Perow

-Danielle Renae Perow, 29, of 1141 Daisy Lane, Lot 13, Pere Marquette Township, was arrested Jan. 19 by MSP on felony charges of uttering & publishing and identity theft. Preliminary hearing: Feb. 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000 cash/surety.

Stenzel

-Sean Michael Stenzel, 21, of 487 W. Dewey Rd., Victory Township, was arrested Jan. 18 by LPD on a felony charge of third degree criminal sexual conduct. Preliminary hearing: Feb. 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500 personal.

Schrader

-Gary Lacy Schrader, 67, of 329 2nd Ave., Manistee, was arrested Jan. 20 by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement Narcotics Team (SSCENT) on a felony charge of delivering a controlled substance. Preliminary hearing: Feb. 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000 personal.

O’Connel

-Shawn Daniel O’Connell, 36, of 119 Bonnie St., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested Jan. 22 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of unlawful license plates. Preliminary hearing: Feb. 18 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal.
