Driver receives minor injuries after Scottville Rd. crash.

RIVERTON TOWNSHIP — A Custer Township man received minor injuries following a single vehicle crash in the 1200 block of South Scottville Road Thursday morning. The crash occurred about 8:20 a.m. when a Ford F250 pickup was northbound on Scottville Road and left the roadway and then flipping over. Responders on scene said the man lived near by and appeared to be in his late teens.

The driver, who was the only occupant of the truck, was transported by ambulance to Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital.

Responding on scene were Scottville Fire Department, Custer Fire Department, Life EMS, and Mason County Sheriff’s Office.
