House of Flavors to celebrate Elvis’s birthday this weekend.

LUDINGTON — House of Flavors restaurants are celebrating the 82nd birthday of Elvis Presley this weekend. Three Elvis impersonators will be hanging out at the Ludington and Manistee locations of the restaurants. The weekend will also include prizes, free ice cream with any meal, and ‘50s costume contests.

Elvis impersonators:

  • Elvis Prince, coming from Wisconsin.  Elvis Prince was born in Memphis, Tennessee and has been paying tribute to Elvis since he was 18.  He began singing in church at 10 years old.  He is now one of the most popular Elvis tribute artists in the mid-western U.S.
  • Ludington’s (and MCP’s) own Danny V will be dazzling diners in Manistee.
  • Bill Burnette, coming from the eastern Michigan.  Bill was our feature performer last year with our Elvis Birthday Extravaganza launch and always leaves his audiences wanting more.

Elvis will make appearances Friday, Jan. 6 from 5 to 8 p.m. in both locations; Saturday, Jan. 7, noon to 3 p.m. in Ludington and 5 to 8 p.m. in Manistee; Sunday, Jan. 8, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at both locations.
