PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — A 22-year-old Ludington man found passed out in a booth at the McDonald’s restaurant on US 10 Monday, Dec. 26, at 5:53 p.m. was arrested by Mason County sheriff’s deputies for probation violation, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

“Deputies responded to a reported subject passed out in a booth at the Ludington McDonald’s,” Cole said. “The subject was found to be intoxicated and on probation. He was arrested and lodged in the Mason County Jail.”
