LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned by 79th District Court Magistrate Patricia Baker:

Felonies

Lafreniere

– Jaydee Vernon Lafreniere, 33, of 610 N. Harrison St., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 18 by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement Narcotics Team (SSCENT) on felony charges of delivering a controlled substance, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: Dec. 7 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Ream

– Nicholas Alexander Ream, 36, of 695 Kahill Dr., Apt. A2, Baldwin, was arrested Nov. 16 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of delivering a controlled substance and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: Nov. 23 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500 personal.

Nickelson

– Gary Allen Nickleson, 58, of 813 N. Rowe St., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 18 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, third-degree fleeing police, and operating while intoxicated (OWI). Preliminary hearing: Nov. 30 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Johnson

– Rita Lee Johnson, 35, of 2700 Pine Creek, Manistee, was arrested Nov. 15 by LPD on a felony charge of stealing, taking, or removing financial transaction device; possession of a fraudulent or altered financial transaction device. Preliminary hearing: Dec. 7 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500 personal.

– David Scott Roller, 29, of 7531 E. Decker Rd., Branch Township; Nov. 18; LPD; operating with a high blood alcohol content and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Pretrial: Dec. 19 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Breanna Rose Collins,18, of 3242 N. Piney Ridge Rd., Hamlin Township; Nov. 17; MCSO; failure to stop at the scene of an accident. Pretrial: Dec. 12 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal.
