LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in 79th District Court:

Felonies

Waite

– Shanin Nicholas Waite, 24, no address listed, was arrested Nov. 8 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on felony charges of safe breaking, breaking and entering a building with intent, and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: Nov. 30 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $50,000 cash/surety. Waite was arraigned Oct. 28 in connection with breaking and entering of local businesses. See story here.

Denise Comstock

– Denise Lynn Comstock, 42, of 309 N. Washington Ave., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested Nov. 6 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of stealing, taking, or removing a financial transaction device and possession of a fraudulent or altered financial transaction device. Preliminary hearing: Nov. 23 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Ream

– Nicholas Alexander Ream, 36, of 695 Kahill Dr., Apt. A2, Baldwin, was arrested Nov. 1 by MCSO on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and fourth-offense habitual offender and misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and driving with a restricted license. Preliminary hearing: Nov. 23 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.
