MASON COUNTY — In the past three days, local police have made four arrests for driving while license suspended (DWLS), three of which were second offenses. Ten car/deer crashes were tallied within two days.

The following is recent police activity:

Monday, Nov. 7, 2016:

• Noon, (Michigan State Police), a 30-year-old Fountain man was arrested for DWLS, no insurance and improper registration, Church and Main streets, Village of Fountain.

Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016:

• 12:52 a.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, Sugar Grove Road near Reek Road, Sherman Township.

• 3:28 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), a 32-year-old Scottville man was arrested for second-offense DWLS following a traffic stop, US 31 Freeway near the 164 mile marker, Pere Marquette Township.

• 5:30 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, US 31 and Johnson, Amber Township.

• 9:13 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, Sugar Grove and Stiles roads, Victory Township.

• 5 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, US 10 and Budzynski Road, Branch Township.

• 5:40 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, US 31 Freeway south of Chauvez Road, Pere Marquette Township.

• 10 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, US 10 and Main Street, Village of Custer.

Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2016:

• 5:51 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, US 31 and Fountain Road, Sherman Township.

• 5:14 p.m., (MCSO), gas drive-off, $17 in fuel stolen, 400 block of East US 10—Scottville EZ Mart, Custer Township.

• 6 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, US 31 Freeway and Oceana Drive, Summit Township.

• 6:20 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, Pere Marquette Highway south of US 10, Pere Marquette Township.

• 7:14 p.m., (MCSO), a 53-year-old Ludington man was arrested for second-offense DWLS following a traffic stop, Bryant and Kenowa roads, Pere Marquette Township.

• 8:10 p.m., (MCSO), a 68 year-old Ludington man was arrested for probation violation after allegedly drinking intoxicants, 5900 block of Riverview Drive, Pere Marquette Township.

• 9:59 p.m., (MCSO), a 57-year-old Irons man was arrested for second-offense DWLS following a traffic stop, US 10 and Tuttle Road, Custer Township.

• 11:34 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, Custer Road near Fountain Road, Sherman Township.
