Duncil defeats Hahn; Petipren defeats Cilman in Scottville.

SCOTTVILLE — Incumbent Connie Duncil is keeping her commissioner-at-large seat in the city of Scottville. Duncil defeated challenger Ed Hahn, 222-177.  Sue Petipren defeated Nick Cilman, 127-78, for the Second Ward Commissioner seat.

The two will be sworn in during the next city commission meeting, on Monday, Nov. 14 at 5:30 p.m.
