PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — A 56-year-old Ludington woman was arrested by Mason County sheriff’s deputies Thursday, Oct. 27, at 4:45 p.m. after allegedly holding a pistol to a 29-year-old Ludington man’s head at a residence in the 4500 block of West Hesslund Road, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

The woman has been charged with felonious assault with a firearm. Police responded to the assault following a 911 call from the home, the sheriff said. The victim was not injured.
