Branch man charged with sex crimes against minor.

LUDINGTON —  Jordan Daniel Bates, 20, 1946 S. Shepperd Rd., Branch, was arrested May 1 by the Ludington Police Department on three counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct (victim under 13) and three counts of second degree criminal sexual conduct (victim under 13).  

Bail was set at $75,000 cash/surety. Bates is scheduled for a probable cause hearing in 79th District Court on Oct. 19 at 11:15 a.m.
