COLFAX TOWNSHIP — Surveillance photos of suspects stealing over $2,500 from the cash register tills during a break-in of the River City Inn, at 8347 E. Washington Road, on the Mason-Oceana counties line, in the Ruby Creek area were released by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office Friday, July 15.

According to Lt. Craig Mast, the break-in occurred Sunday, July 10, at 12:13 a.m. “Later that morning at 9 a.m., employees found the tills emptied of cash,” Mast said.

If anyone has any information about the crime, they are asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 231-873-2121.
