LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Misdemeanors

• Scott Andrew Snowden, 31, 8030 N. Peterson Rd., Irons, was arrested June 13 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for possession of a controlled substance. Pretrial: July 18 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
• Ashley Lynn Anderson, 24, 6591 E. Sugar Grove Rd., Sheridan Township, was arrested June 9 by MCSO for possession of a controlled substance. Pretrial: July 11 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
• Daniel George Kuhr, 52, 1450 E. Hoague Rd., Freesoil Township, was arrested June 1 by MCSO for domestic violence. Pretrial: June 20 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
• Michael Scott O’Brien, 46, 3079 N. Tuttle Rd., Sherman Township, was arrested June 10 by MCSO for failing to maintain security (no insurance), driving while license suspended (DWLS) second offense, and improper plate. Pretrail: July 11 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,500 personal.
• Rory Earnest Bressler, 33, 3834 Cornell Ave., Baldwin, was arrested June 12 by MCSO for failing to maintain security (no insurance), not having a driver’s license, and expired license plate. Pretrial: July 11 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
