Pere Marquette Charter Township comprehensive plan available for review, feedback.

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — The new Draft Comprehensive Plan for Pere Marquette Charter Township is now available for public review and comment. This draft update to the Comprehensive Plan is the result of over a year’s worth of community planning activities and public events through the Resilient Ludington project.

The public is invited to respond to the Draft Comprehensive Plan by providing written comments to the Planning Commission. Comments can be directly submitted online at http://www.resilientmichigan.org/pmtplan.asp or sent to Kristin Lange, Pere Marquette Charter Township Deputy Clerk, at Kristin@pmtwp.org. All comments will be reviewed and considered by the Planning Commission before a final draft of the Master Plan is published. The public comment period ends on July 15, 2016.
Resilient Ludington is a land-use planning and community development project sponsored by Pere Marquette Charter Township, the City of Ludington, Hamlin Township, and Mason County. The planning project was developed by the Land Information Access Association (LIAA), a nonprofit community service and planning organization headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan.
