LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in 51st Circuit Court:

Yeargan

Yeargan

– Tamara DeLynn Yeargan, 46, 602 E. Melendy St., Ludington, pleaded guilty on April 5 to charges of maintaining a drug house and controlled substance – second offense and was sentenced on May 3 to 365 days in jail with credit for 83 days already served, 10 months of jail time served up front with the balance to be served at the court’s discretion, $658 in fines and costs, 24 months of probation, 60 days suspended license and 305 days restricted license. As part of a plea agreement, the prosecutor dismissed without prejudice a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 25 grams.

– Robert Harold Routley, 21, 804 Mitchell St., Ludington, pleaded guilty on October 6, 2015 to charges of delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance and was sentenced on May 3 to 365 days in jail with credit for 137 days already served, five months of jail time served up front with the balance to be served at the court’s discretion, $658 in fines and costs, 24 months of probation, 60 days suspended license and 305 days restricted license.

Monton

Monton

– Cara Antoinette Monton, 17, 3374 S. Tuttle Rd., Eden Township, pleaded guilty on January 27 to absconding or forfeiting a felony bond and was sentenced on May 3 to 365 days in jail with credit for 103 days already served, three months of jail time up front (already served) with the balance to be served at the court’s discretion, $1,120.87 in fines and costs, and 24 months of probation.
