Rasmussen Road closed for construction.

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — The Mason County Road Commission has announced that Rasmussen Road is closed to through traffic from east of Jebavy Drive (500 feet west of River Meadow Homesite Community) easterly to 1,200 feet east of Meyers Road due to construction. Local traffic and emergency vehicles access will be maintained.  The project includes hot mix asphalt base crushing, shaping, culvert replacement, vertical curve correction, cold milling and asphalt resurfacing, and guardrail. The detour is in place using Jebavy Drive, US-10/31, Dennis and Hansen roads. This project is scheduled to be completed by July 29.
