Safe Harbor Credit Union celebrates youth.

LUDINGTON — Safe Harbor Credit Union will be holding several activities this month in observation of Credit Union Youth Month. This year’s theme is “Credit Union Strong,” said Kyle Gurzynski, operations manager. “We want to show kids how to get financially fit. We will have activities in the lobby for our local youth with some fun prizes and surprises.”

Safe Harbor Credit Union is located at the corner of Nelson Road and Tinkham Avenue. It is a locally operated and owned credit union.

Activities will include hoops shoot for cash and a corn hole toss for prizes. Youth can also try their hand at guessing how many items are in a bottle. When a youth member opens an account, they will receive a goody bag.

“We will also be serving healthy snacks in our lobby with some healthy drinks on Friday April 29,” Gurzynski said adding there will be a drawing for $50 that day for any youth member who made a deposit during the month
