Police investigate trailer theft, damage.

BRANCH TOWNSHIP — The Mason County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a travel trailer reported Saturday, April 2, at 2:27 p.m. in the 200 block of S. Walhalla Rd. A travel trailer was reportedly stolen, and a second one was damaged, said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

– 4:31 p.m., (MCSO), breaking and entering, 400 block of S. PM Hwy., PM Township. The incident occurred sometime between December of 2015 and April 1, 2016.

– 5:37 p.m., (MCSO), a warrant is being requested for a 64-year-old Branch woman for retail fraud, Walmart, 4800 block of W. US 10, PM Township.

– 6:53 p.m., (LPD), animal abuse, E. Second St., City of Ludington.

– 8:36 p.m., (MCSO), a 30-year-old Custer woman was arrested on an outstanding civil contempt warrant out of Mason County, 5300 block of W. US 10, PM Township.
