LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felony

– Thayne David Patterson, 29, of 307 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested March 22 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of third-offense operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL) and a misdemeanor of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary exam: April 13 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

 

Misdemeanors

– Jerimiah Jack Johnson, 26, of 211 E. 12th St., Traverse City; March 24; LPD; assault and battery; malicious destruction of property (MDOP); and illegal entry. Pretrial: April 18 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Zachary Scott Martinsen, 22, of 110 Thornwild, Apt. A3, Scottville; March 24; Scottville Police Department (SPD); possession of marijuana. Pretrial: April 11 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Alexander Michael Kazmarski, 27, of 201 S. Rath Ave., Apt. 4, Ludington; March 22; LPD; operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: April 25 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Harley James Wicks, 22, of 9301 NE 11th St., Midwest City, Oklahoma; March 20; LPD; OWI. Pretrial: April 4 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Jesus Ivan Mosqueda-Rubio, 30, of 1114 Daisy Lane, Lot 13, Pere Marquette Township; March 19; Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP); second-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: April 4 at 2 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Danielle Renea Perow, 28, of 143 N. Jebavy Dr., Apt. 2, Pere Marquette Township; March 19; MSP; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: April 4 at 10 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Jami Nichole Crawford, 28, of 829 Nadau Dr., Pullman, Michigan; March 26; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); possession of marijuana; operating without insurance; and open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. Pretrial: April 18 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Lori Margaret Snyder, 36, of 133 S. Main St., Scottville; March 25; SPD: domestic violence. Pretrial: April 11 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Autumn Lanne Jourden, 24, of 4716 N. Beaune Rd., Hamlin Township; March 28; LPD; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: April 4 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.
