Meijer employee allegedly stole over $1,100 in merchandise.

SpringsteadVertical_091015AMBER TOWNSHIP — A warrant is being requested for a 23-year-old Ludington man, who is a Meijer store employee, following an investigation by the store’s loss prevention department, alleging he stole over $1,100 worth of merchandise, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

The Mason County Sheriff’s Office investigated the case Thursday, Jan. 28 at 3:41 p.m. at the store, located at 3900 W. US 10. Police are seeking charges of larceny from a building and retail fraud.
