LUDINGTON — An 18-year-old Fremont man was sentenced in 51st Circuit Court, Jan. 12, to serve seven months up front of a one-year discretionary jail sentence for a conviction of methamphetamine possession.

Jordan Jacob Stein, of 222 E. Elm St., was found guilty, Oct. 14. Stein was also sentenced to two years probation; driver’s license suspended 60 days/restricted after 30 days; and $658 in fines and costs. He received credit for 117 days served in jail.
