LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Eric Zelek Hoggs, 40, no address listed, was arrested Jan. 13 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for felonies of aggravated stalking and using a computer to commit a crime. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 27 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.

Nicholas James Piehl, 21, of 810 N. James St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 15 by the Ludington Police Department for a felony of non-sufficient-fund check over $500. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 27 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $7,500, cash/surety/10 percent cash.
