LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in 79th District Court:

Trevor James Coon, 22, of 210 4th St., Ludington, was found guilty Dec. 21 of domestic violence and sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; and $535 in fines and costs.

Anthony John McGraw, 69, no address listed, was found guilty Dec. 22 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and operating while intoxicated and sentenced to 23 days in jail with credit for 23 days served; one year discretionary jail for one year for count one; 93 days discretionary jail for count two; must attend the next session of the victim’s impact panel (VIP); outpatient treatment; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random preliminary breath tests (PBTs) and drug tests; and $1,485 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to Secretary of State (SOS). Counts of operating with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .17 or more; reckless driving; and driver transporting open intoxicants dismissed.

Maria Lin Mahoney, 37, of 149 N. Stiles Rd., Amber Township, pleaded “no contest” Dec. 18 to disorderly person — drunk and was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 30 days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; must follow Child Protective Services (CPS) recommendations; must attend AA two times per week for one year; no alcohol/drugs; outpatient treatment; and $285 in fines and costs. One count of domestic violence dismissed.

Kevin Michael Fitzgerald, 31, of 306 E. Loomis St., Ludington, was found guilty Dec. 18 of disorderly person — jostling and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; must have a Hands-Down evaluation; must have no contact with victim; no alcohol/drugs; and $285 in fines and costs. One count of assault and battery dismissed.

Misty Marie Crupe, 27, of 922 High St., Manistee, was found guilty Dec. 16 of stolen property — receiving and concealing and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $600 in fines and costs. Restitution is reserved. One count of third-degree retail fraud dismissed.

Kyle Joseph Via, 18, of 898 Pineridge Dr., Ludington, was found guilty Dec. 17 of failure to display a valid license and sentenced to $275 fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Webster Frank Walker, 26, of 189 N. Stiles Rd., Ludington, was found guilty Dec. 17 of failure to display a valid license and sentenced to 30 days discretionary jail for one year. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Robert Allen King, 24, of 4570 N. 176 Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty Dec. 15 of driving while impaired and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend next VIP session; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; $1,000 in fines and costs; and outpatient treatment. Conviction reportable to SOS. Counts of driver transporting open intoxicants and DWLS dismissed.

Jesse Steven Pete, 29, of 913 Kosciusko St., Manistee, was found guilty Dec. 15 of stolen property — receiving and concealing and sentenced to four days in jail with credit for four days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; and $600 in fines and costs. One count of third-degree retail fraud dismissed.

Dustin Leroy Sowles, 28, of 5579 Johnson Rd., Greenville, Mich., was found guilty Dec. 15 of operating while impaired and sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend next VIP session; must attend AA once per week for the next six months; outpatient treatment; subject to random PBTs; no alcohol/drugs; and $870 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Xavier Ignacio Zamora, 21, of 1148 US 10-31, Amber Township, was found guilty Dec. 8 of operating while intoxicated and sentenced to 12 days in jail with credit for 12 days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; subject to random PBTS; outpatient treatment; no alcohol/drugs; and $1,173 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Counts of larceny less than $200 and driving while license expired dismissed.

Adam Dane Roberts, 20, of 14076 N. Woodbridge Ave., Bitely, was found guilty Dec. 15 of larceny less than $200 and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year; subject to random PBTs and random drug tests; outpatient treatment; no alcohol/drugs; and $665 in fines and costs. One count of second-degree home invasion dismissed.

Dismissal

Amanda Lynn Steffes, 25, of 4869 Wayne Rd., Pentwater, one count of operating a motor vehicle without security was dismissed Dec. 16. “Defendant pleaded guilty to a lesser charge,” according to court records.
