Emil George Vidak, 81, of Ludington, passed away peacefully with family by his side on November 19, 2015 at Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital. He was born March 6, 1934 in Chicago, IL the son of late Emil and Anna (Stajduhar) Vidak.

Emil married his wife Alice Sivis of 24 years on June 27, 1991 at Grace Methodist Church in Riverton. He was employed as Regional Manager for Trailways Charter in Chicago, IL.
He loved fishing and spending time with his family.

Emil is survived by his wife; Alice, son; Rick (Joan) Vidak; daughters, Linda (Arlyn) Bolhuis, Nancy (Tom) Erndteman; son-in-law, Pete Bonnett (Dee McCumber); step-son, Ivan Henry; three sisters, one brother and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sons, Thomas Vidak and Michael Vidak; daughter, Patty Bonnett; sister, Barbara Tucky; step-daughter, Annette Henry and granddaughter, Amy Vidak.

Cremation has taken place and Emil’s family will be holding services on Dec 5th at 1 p.m. at Summit Town Hall, 4879 Deren Rd, Ludington.
