LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in 79th District Court:

Donald Keith Martinez, 29, of 936 E. Maple St., Ludington, was found guilty Nov. 9 of disorderly person – drunk and sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; no alcohol/drugs; random preliminary breath tests (PBTs); and $285 in fines and costs.

Samuel Dionne Delossantos, 26, of 920 42nd St., Wyoming, Mich., was found guilty Nov. 9 of disorderly person – public intoxication and sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; and $285 in fines and costs.

Codey Allen Bassett, 25, of 3480 Autumn Wood Dr., Hamilton, Mich., was found guilty Nov. 9 of reckless use of firearms and sentenced to and $375 in fines and costs.

Cody Jed-Allen VanDenBosch, 26, of 3420 Hillcroft Ave., Wyoming, Mich., was found guilty Nov. 9 of failure to stop/identify at the scene of a property damage accident and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $200 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

Dawn Louise Olson, 47, of 503 N. Washington Ave., Apt. 2, Ludington, was found guilty Nov. 3 of possession of marijuana and sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; one year discretionary jail for one year; must have a substance abuse evaluation and follow recommendations; and $535 in fines and costs.

Ryan Allen Tyndall, 29, of 2572 N. Larson Rd., Sheridan Township, was found guilty Nov. 3 of larceny less than $200 and illegal entry. He was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year for count 1; 90 days discretionary jail for one year for count 2; no alcohol/drugs; random PBTs; and $973 in fines and costs.

Beth Noelle Bradley, 42, of 1438 Betty Ave., Pere Marquette Township, was found guilty Nov. 3 of operating while impaired and transporting open intoxicants. She was sentenced to 32 days in jail with credit for two days served; $1,540 in fines and costs; must report to jail March 3, 2016; within four months, must attend Impact Weekend, and upon completion, jail term will be waived; outpatient treatment; 93 days discretionary jail for two years for count 1; 90 days discretionary jail for two years for count 2; no alcohol/drugs; and random PBTs. One count of PBT refusal dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Marc Anthony Buckland, 34, of 5770 W. 7th St., Mears, was found guilty Nov. of third-degree retail fraud and sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; no alcohol/drugs; random PBTs; and $665 in fines and costs.

Thomas Edward Spinner, 27, of 1852 E. US-10, Custer Township, was found guilty Nov. 3 of larceny less than $200 and illegal entry. He was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year for count 1; 90 days discretionary jail for one year for count 2; no alcohol/drugs; random PBTs; and $778 in fines and costs.

Jacob Riley Odekirk, 22, of 2800 N. Peterson Rd., Victory Township, was found guilty Nov. 3 of operating while impaired and sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must have a substance evaluation and follow recommendations; must attend the session of the Victims’ Impact Panel (VIP); no alcohol/drugs’ random PBTs; and $1,000 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Christopher Lloyd Rosenow, 37, of 451 W. Free Soil Rd., Free Soil Township, was found guilty Nov. 3 of possession of marijuana and sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; driver’s license suspended 180 days/ restricted after 30 days; $978 in fines and costs; one year discretionary jail for two years; must provide truthful testimony when called; must cooperate with SSCENT; no alcohol/drugs; and random PBTs and drug tests.

Tyler Joel Griffin, 24, of 308 ½ W. Court St., Ludington, was found guilty Nov. 3 of receiving and concealing stolen property and sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; and $600 in fines and costs.

Alexander Kretchmar Bennett, 23, of 3258 S. Union Ave., Apt. 3R, Chicago, was found guilty Nov. 3 of controlled substance use and sentenced to three days in jail with credit for three days served; $368 in fines and costs; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; one year discretionary jail for two years; no alcohol/drugs; random PBTs, and outpatient counseling. One count possession of narcotic/cocaine less than 25 grams was dismissed.

Vanessa Regalado, 24, of 86 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was found guilty Nov. 3 of operating without insurance and sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year discretionary jail for one year; and $705 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) dismissed.

Angel Leigh Madsen, 25, of 1310 Madison St., Ludington, was found guilty Nov. 3 of operating while impaired and sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend next VIP session; no alcohol/drugs; random PBTs; and $935 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
