LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court magistrate:

– Jacob Thomas Kruisenga, 19, of 309 Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Oct. 29 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of breaking and entering a building. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 13 at 10 a.m. Bail: $35,000/cash/surety.

– Isabel Victoria Pena, 17, of 909 S. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Oct. 29 by LPD for a felony of receiving and concealing stolen property $1,000 or more but less than $20,000. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 12 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $35,000/cash/surety.

– Trenton Joseph Espinola, 19, no address listed, was arrested Oct. 30 by LPD for a felony of second-degree home invasion. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 12 at 10 a.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.

– Tyler Adam Martinsen, 23, of 109 N. Delia St., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 2 by LPD for a felony of failure to register as a sex offender and one count of second-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 12 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Xavier Ignacio Zamora, 21, of 403 N. Gaylord, Ludington, was arrested Oct. 31 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for misdemeanors of operating while intoxicated and no operator’s license. Pretrial: Dec. 7 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Maya Leticia Rocha, 38, no address listed, was arrested for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Nov. 16 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Valentine Alejandro Segura, 18, of 611 E. Dowland St., Ludington, was arrested Oct. 28 by the State, Sheriff’s, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Nov. 16 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Montana Walker Banwell, 26, of 406 E. Foster St., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested Oct. 27 by SSCENT for a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Nov. 16 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Larry William Berghuis, 35, of 595 S. 108th Ave., Shelby, was arrested Oct. 29 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
