Ludington man sentenced to jail for communications interference

LUDINGTON — A 20-year-old man was sentenced Tuesday, Oct. 6, in 51st Circuit Court to serve six months of a nine-month discretionary sentence, with credit for 151 days served in jail, for a felony conviction of interfering with electronic communications.

Skip Roy-Ernest Lange, of 1028 Brandy Ln., was also sentenced concurrently to 90 days in jail for a misdemeanor conviction of domestic violence.

Judge Susan K. Sniegowski also ordered that Lange serve two years probation.

“Mr. Lange is taking these matters very seriously,” said his attorney David Glancy.

Sentencing guidelines for the convictions are zero to nine months.
