79th District Court arraignments include retail fraud, felonious assault, drug possession

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court magistrate:

Felonies

Dennis

– Ronald Shane Dennis, 42, of 505 Bentley St., Eaton Rapids, was arrested Sept. 7 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of first-degree retail fraud and fourth-offense habitual offender. Probable cause conference: Sept. 16 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.

Monton

– Cara Antoinette Monton, 27, no address listed, was arrested Sept. 7 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD), for felonious assault, domestic violence and possession of marijuana. Probable cause conference: Sept. 16 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Green

– Stacy Marie Green, 33, of 2916 Trepanier Dr., No. 524, Hamlin Twp., was arrested Sept. 4 by LPD for two felony counts of possession of analogues (synthetic drugs). Probable cause conference: Sept. 16 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Rosenow

– Christopher Lloyd Rosenow, 26, of 451 W. Free Soil Rd., Free Soil Twp., was arrested Sept. 3 by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of possession of analogues (synthetic drugs) and fourth-offense habitual offender. Probable cause conference: Sept. 16 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

Bayer

– Adeline Kay Bayer, 39, of 6704 Virnetta Dr., Pere Marquette Twp., was arrested Sept. 3 by LPD for a felony of stealing/retaining a financial transaction device without consent. Probable cause conference: Sept. 16 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

Misdemeanors

– Stacy Marie Green, 33, of 2916 Trepanier Dr., No. 524, Hamlin Twp., was arrested Sept. 4 by LPD for a misdemeanor of operating under the influence of a controlled substance. Pretrial: Sept. 16 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Jennifer Ann Fitch, 29, of 504 5th St., Ludington, was arrested Sept. 8 by LPD for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Oct. 5 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Jason Michael Steinberg, 38, of 279 1st St., Apt. 2, Manistee, was arrested Sept. 2 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Oct. 5 at 10 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Nancy Ann Lefler, 59, of 770 W. Deer Run Rd., Free Soil Twp., was arrested Sept. 2 by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Oct. 19 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Carly Ann Wcisel, 17, of 1444 N. Custer Rd., Custer Twp., was arrested Sept. 3 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of larceny less than $200. Pretrial: Sept. 21 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
