Larceny, vehicle break-in among police activity

AMBER TWP. — Mason County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a larceny from a building involving the theft of money from a business in the 3700 block of W. US-10-31 Monday, July 20, at 8:11 a.m.

Deputies also responded to a breaking and entering of a vehicle that occurred on M-116 near the Ludington State Park in Hamlin Township Monday at 4:43 p.m. A purse was stolen from the vehicle.

The following is other activity of the Mason County Sheriff’s Office Monday, July 20, 2015:

– 8:45 a.m., fraud, 5800 block of S. Scottville Rd, Riverton Twp.

– 5:08 p.m., two-vehicle crash, minor injury, US-10 and Jebavy Dr., Pere Marquette Twp.

– 8:50 p.m., car/deer crash, no injuries, PM Hwy. and Lattin Rd., Summit Twp.
