79th District Court arraignments include accosting children, fleeing police, strangulation

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

– Troy Leland Ambrose, 21, of 7156 Martin Rd., Fountain, was arrested July 10 by MCSO for felonies of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC); accosting children for immoral purposes; and using a computer to commit a crime. Probable cause hearing: July 22 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

– James Philbrick Gigante, 49, of 6116 N. Quarterline Rd., Ludington, was arrested July 10 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for felonies of accosting children for immoral purposes and two counts of using a computer to commit a crime. Probable cause hearing: July 22 at 3 p.m. Bail: $35,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Guadalupe Rangel, 41, of 303 S. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested July 8 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of third-offense operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL) and misdemeanors of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and open intoxicants. Probable cause hearing: July 29 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

– Shane Lee Borema, 39, of 5372 N. Thunderbird Dr., Sheridan Twp., was arrested July 10 by MCSO for felonies of third-degree fleeing a police officer and third-offense operating while intoxicated and a misdemeanor of second-offense DWLS. Probable cause hearing: July 22 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Daniel Leroy Peck, 37, of 410 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested July 2 by LPD for a felony of assault by strangulation. Preliminary exam: July 22 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Jason Matthew Fox, 40, of 608 E. Dowland, Ludington, was arrested July 11 by LPD for a felony of felonious assault and a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Probable cause hearing: July 22 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Bruce William Mann, 20, of 6690 E. Borowski Rd., Branch Twp., was arrested July 13 by LPD for misdemeanors of operating while intoxicated and open intoxicants. Pretrial: Aug. 3 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Samuel Thomas Veilleux, 35, of 458 Briar Pl., Apt. 3, Chicago, was arrested July 5 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: July 27 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Jonathan Wilbur Tolin, 36, of 1525 W. Countyline Rd., Apt. 38, Grant Twp., was arrested July 5 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: July 27 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Laura Ann Gillis, 31, of 407 N. Nelson Rd., Pere Marquette Twp., was arrested July 3 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: July 20 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Russell John Masse, 52, of 4710 Oceana Dr., Hart, was arrested July 7 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: Aug. 3 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Gary Lee Dean, 64, of 1953 W. Tyler Rd., Hart, was arrested May 6 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: Aug. 3 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Helen Bernice Snyder, 47, of 1104 Orchard St., Benzonia, was arrested July 9 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Aug. 3 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Todd Bernard Gates, 53, of 1915 N. Wilson Ln., Hamlin Twp., was arrested July 9 by LPD for a misdemeanor of disorderly person – urinating in public. Pretrial: Aug. 3 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Tamara Lynne Bonham, 53, of 5309 W. Fox Rd., Mears, was arrested July 10 by LPD for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– James Lee Lacko, 67, of 2510 N. Lakeshore Dr., Hamlin Twp., was arrested July 10 by LPD for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 10 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Edward John Robson, 23, of 4645 Midland Dr., Pickney, Mich., was arrested July 11 by LPD for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 3 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Bryan Scott Fenner, 24, of 5114 N. Cleveland St., Fountain, was arrested July 10 by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police. Pretrial: Aug. 3 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
