Warrants sought for 2 women accused of shoplifting at Goodwill

AMBER TWP. — Warrants are being sought for two women accused of shoplifting from the Goodwill store on West US-10 Tuesday afternoon, July 14, according the Mason County Sheriff’s Office.

MCSO is seeking warrants for a 38-year-old Ludington woman and a 61-year-old Bath woman charging them with retail fraud following separate complaints filed by the store.

The following is other local law enforcement activity from Tuesday, July 14, 2015:

– 6:49 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), disturbance, 400 block of Melendy St.

– 10:17 a.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injuries, Chauvez and Riggle, Riverton Twp.

– 11:41 a.m., (MCSO), a 26-year-old Scottville man was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant out of Oceana County charging him with dangerous drugs/cocaine less than 25 grams, 100 block of Dewey, Victory Twp.

– 2:14 p.m., (MCSO), a 36-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding failure to appear warrant out of Lake County following a traffic stop, Custer and Townline, Free Soil Twp.

– 4:42 p.m., (LPD), property damage accident, E. Ludington Ave. and N. Harrison St.

– 8:27 p.m., (MCSO), a 51-year-old Fountain woman was arrested for domestic violence following a 911 call to the residence, 2600 block of N. Benson, Sheridan Twp.

– 11:34 p.m., (LPD), property damage accident, 100 block of W. Ludington Ave.
