79th District Court arraignments include resisting police, aggravated stalking

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

Buck

– Garrett Scott Buck, 23, no address listed, was arrested July 2 by  the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for four felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and second-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: July 15 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety.

Bahr

– Robert Vincent Bahr, 47, of 2907 W. Conrad Rd., Amber Township, was arrested July 5 by LPD for a felony of third-offense operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL) and fourth-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: July 15 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Stever

– Ryan Allen Stever, 22, of 702 N. Rath, Ludington, was arrested July 4 by LPD for two felony counts of resisting/assaulting/obstructing police and drunk and disorderly. Probable cause conference: July 15 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Picture not available. – Edward Clement Vandenack, IV, 52, of 3041 Sehler St., Conklin, Mich., was arrested July 1 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for a felony of non-sufficient fund check $500 or more. Probable cause hearing: July 15 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

Mizewski

– Dennis Michael Mizewski, 61, of 4200 E. Dewey Rd., Sheridan Township, was arrested June 27 by MCSO for a felony of aggravated stalking and misdemeanor counts of stalking and malicious destruction of property (MDOP) over $200/under $1,000. Preliminary exam: July 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Ernest William Ryan, 64, of 103 N, Reinberg Ave., Scottville, was arrested June 30 by MCSO for misdemeanors of failure to maintain security; no license; and open intoxicants. Pretrial: July 20 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Davina Rae Southern, 34, of 512 ½ Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested June 30 by LPD for misdemeanors of domestic violence and illegal entry. Pretrial: July 13 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Harley Boone Sheldon, 21, of 406 E. Foster St., Ludington, was arrested June 27 by LPD for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: July 20 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Seth Adam Bretschneider, 34, of 926 S. Dennis Rd., Amber Township, was arrested July 2 by the Michigan State Police for a misdemeanor of failure to maintain security. Pretrial: July 27 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Danielle Renae Perow, 27, of 1038 Lancer Lane, Lot 43, Pere Marquette Township, was arrested July 2 by MSP for a misdemeanor of failure to maintain security. Pretrial: July 27 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Terry Joseph Stock, 48, of 918 E. Filburn Rd., Custer Township, was arrested July 2 by MSP for a misdemeanor of lying to a peace officer. Pretrial: July 20 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Chelsea Kay Carlson, 23, of 1645 N. Victory Corner Rd., Amber Township, was arrested July 2 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 3 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Angela Faye Rodriguez, 37, of 2267 Custer Rd., Custer, was arrested July 5 by MSP for misdemeanors of possession of marijuana; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS); and improper transport of medical marijuana. Pretrial: July 27 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Ryan Daniel Cotter, 20, of 16771 S. Laurel Park Dr., Livonia, was arrested July 2 by LPD for misdemeanors of possession of marijuana and minor in possession (MIP). Pretrial: July 27 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Walter George VanOostendorp, 27, of 250 Elizabeth Dean, Lowell, was arrested July 4 by LPD for a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Pretrial: July 27 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
