18-year-old woman arrested following assault at Journey High School

AMBER TWP. — An 18-year-old Baldwin woman was arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office following an assault at Journey High School on West US-10 Thursday, April 23, at 11:50 a.m.

Other local law enforcement activity Thursday, April 23, 2015 includes:

– 12:01 a.m., (Michigan State Police, Hart post), a 22-year-old South Boardman man was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS), Taylor and US-10, Branch Twp.

– 4:45 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, Custer and Chauvez, Custer Twp.

– 7 a.m.,  (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, Chauvez and Brye, Riverton Twp.

– 1:27 p.m., (MCSO), damaged property — window of a 2008 PT Cruiser was punched out by a subject, complainant did not wish to press charges, 3000 block of N. Dewey, Sherman Twp.

– 2:28 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), property damage accident, 300 block of E. Fifth St.

– 3:48 p.m., (MCSO), work accident, a 36-year-old Kent City man working for Kent Power, was electrocuted while working on a power line. He was transported from the scene to West Shore Hospital by LIFE EMS and then flown to a Grand Rapids-area hospital by AeroMed with serious injuries, Darr and Hoague, Free Soil Twp.
