LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:
Felony
Lewis
– Susan Kay Lewis, 50, of 244 Fifth St., Manistee, was arrested Feb. 21 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of unlawful driving away of an automobile (UDAA); second offense operating while impaired; and habitual offender, fourth offense. Probable cause hearing: March 4 at 1:15 p.m.. Preliminary exam: March 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.
Misdemeanors
– Joseph Thomas Williams, 23, of 7357 126th Ave., Hart, was arrested Feb. 8 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a misdemeanor of failure to stop after a collision. Pretrial was Feb. 23. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
– Sally Jean Whiteside, 61, of 3779 W. Hidden Forest Dr., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 23 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: March 2 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
– Daniel Lee McClure, 28, of 502 ½ N. Rowe, Ludington, was arrested Feb. 21 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: March 23 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
