Tanker truck rollover causes U.S. 31 closure north of Manistee.

MANISTEE TWP. — U.S. 31 between M-55 and M-22 is currently closed due to a vehicle crash at Frost Road. A tanker truck carrying diesel fuel rolled over on its side and is leaking fuel. No one was injured in the crash.

Traffic is being routed off from the south at Hill Road to Kott Road. From the north M-22 to Dontz Road, which turns into Kott Road. The route will be in effect for a few hours, according to the Manistee County Sheriff’s Office.
