LUDINGTON — A four-time habitual offender violated his probation on a second-degree child abuse conviction and ended up with a 3-15 year prison sentence.

Ronnie Cuellar Zuniga, 47, of 708 St. Catherine, Ludington, received credit for 401 days served in jail and was also ordered to pay $548 in fines costs by 51st Circuit Court Judge Richard I. Cooper, Nov. 18.

Zuniga was found guilty Aug. 22, 2012 in circuit court of second-degree child abuse and habitual offender, fourth conviction.

He was found guilty in 79th District Court of third-degree retail fraud, Sept. 25, 2012. Zuniga was convicted in district court of probation violation and controlled substance possession, Oct. 9, 2012.
