Deputies investigating hit and run crash in Hamlin

HAMLIN TWP. — Deputies from Mason County Sheriff’s Office responded to a hit and run crash, with injuries, at 1:15 a.m. Sunday. Upon arriving at Sherman and Fountain roads, they found a single vehicle rolled over and blood in the vehicle. However, the driver was gone from the scene. Deputies continue to investigate.

Aug. 22, 2014

– 12:03 a.m.: A 26-year-old Ludington woman was arrested on an outstanding traffic warrant from Pentwater Police Department following a traffic stop at U.S. 10 and Meyers Rd., Pere Marquette Twp.

– 10:44 a.m.: Alarm activation, 5000 block of Anderfinder Rd., Summit Twp.

– 11:20 a.m.: Two vehicle rear-end crash, no injuries, Cleveland and Manales, Village of Fountain.

– 5:04 p.m.: A 34-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for possession of oxycodone without a prescription following a traffic stop at U.S. 10 and P.M. Hwy., P.M. Twp.

– 9:12 p.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Fountain and Custer roads, Sherman Twp.

Aug. 23, 2014

– 6:56 a.m.: Disturbance/minor in possession arrest, 6600 block of Borowski Rd., Sheridan Twp. A 19-year-old Fountain man was arrested.

– 12:46 p.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, P.M. Hwy. and First St., P.M. Twp.

– 6:28 p.m.: Marine complaint, loud boater, Gun Lake, Free Soil Twp.

– 7:09 p.m.: Assist to EMS, Hidden Forest, Amber Twp.

– 1:10 p.m.: Two vehicle rear-end crash, no injuries, U.S. 10-31 and Brye Rd., Amber Twp.
