79th District Court arraignments

LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned this past week in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felony

–       Christopher Lee Webster, 30, no address listed, was arrested, April 24, by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for felonies of stealing/retaining a financial transaction device and habitual offender, fourth conviction. A preliminary exam is set for May 7 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety.

Misdemeanors

–       Pamela Sue Arthur, 45, of 302 N. Rowe, Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested, April 22, by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for May 5 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–       Kenneth B. Simpson, 54, 802 N. Rowe St., Ludington, was arrested, April 29, by MCSO for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for May 12 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–       Ann Louise Kasley, 48, of 1008 Monoa Dr., Ludington, was arrested, April 28, by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for May 19 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–       Jeannette Arlene Harris, 56, of 418 E. US-10, Scottville, was arrested, April 28, by MCSO for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for May 19 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

–       David Niles Wilcoxson, 48, no address listed, was arrested, April 24, by LPD for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for May 12 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–       Donald Thomas Miller, 25, of 508 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested, April 26, by MCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended. A pretrial is set for May 12 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
