LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned this past week in front of the Mason County Magistrate in 79th District Court:

Felonies

–          Kyle Alan Burchart, 22, of 416 E. Johnson St., Hart, was arrested April 13 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. A preliminary exam is set for April 23 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

–          Tara Renee Anthony, 45, of 601 N. Rowe St., Ludington, was arrested April 9 by LPD for a felony of second-offense possession of marijuana. A preliminary exam is set for April 23 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

–          Joel Richard Treesh, 22, of 209 N. Harrison St., Ludington, was arrested April 9 by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felonies of controlled substance delivery (two counts) and controlled substance delivery of marijuana. A preliminary exam is set for April 23 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

–          Kenneth Alan Wilson, 28, of 2907 W. Conrad Rd., Ludington, was arrested April 30 by the Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP-H) for a felony of failure to comply with reporting. A preliminary exam is set for April 30 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/ personal.

–          Taylor Douglas Emery, 17, of 406 S. Stray St., Ludington, was arrested April 14 by LPD for a felony of first-degree retail fraud. A preliminary exam is set for April 23 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

–          Elrico James Brooks, 34, no address listed, was arrested April 15 by LPD for felonies of larceny in a building and steal/retain without consent. A preliminary exam is set for April 23 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety.

Loren Christopher Cunningham, 40, of 975 Washington Rd., Pentwater, was arrested April 13 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office for a felony of possession of marijuana, second offense. A pretrial is set for April 23 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent

Misdemeanors

–          Aaron Glenn Taylor-Sheafor, 34, of 616 E. Dowland St., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested April 10 by LPD for a misdemeanor of larceny less than $200. A pretrial is set for April 28 at 11:130 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–          Robin Rae Bakies, 51, of 740 N. Jebavy Dr., Ludington, was arrested April 10 by LPD for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for April 28 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–          Gary Martin Ventrice, Jr., 32, of 4899 N. Ford Lake Rd., Fountain, was arrested April 12 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana and cited for open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. A pretrial is set for May 5 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–          Jenna Diane Myers, 20, of 4631 W. Deren Rd., Ludington, was arrested April 14 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for April 14 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–          Roberto Mendoza III, 30, of 6366 E. Minke Rd., Walkerville, was arrested April 15 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for May 5 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

–          Anthony James Calkin, 57, of 117 E. Sauble Dr., Free Soil, was arrested April 10 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of assault and battery (A & B). A pretrial is set for April 28 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–          Justin Ruben Jobbins, 28, of 554 N. Morris, Pentwater, was arrested April 13 by LPD for misdemeanors of A & B and disorderly. A pretrial is set for May 5 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–          Kristopher Thomas Marshall, 31, of 143 N. Jebavy Dr., Apt. 4, Ludington, was arrested April 14 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of animal cruelty. A pretrial is set for Mary 5 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–          Samantha Ann North, 20, of 921 W. Beyer Rd., Ludington, was arrested April 12 by LPD for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for April 28 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–          Hillary Nicole Adams, 23, of 3581 45^th St., Hamilton, was arrested April 13 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for May 12 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
