LUDINGTON — Friends of Eric and Sarah Knysz testified this afternoon in 51st Circuit Court. They talked about what Eric Knysz told them when he and Sarah stopped at their Wellston home the evening of Sept. 9, 2013.

“He said that he killed a fu#*in cop,” Deborah Harris said.

Deborah and Mark Harris both agreed that Eric seemed nervous. Eric told Mark he wanted to buy marijuana. Mark said he figured Eric was asking because Mark has a medical marijuana card.

Neither of the Harris’ called 911, however. Deborah said she just didn’t believe that it was true. But, later she checked the Internet and found out that it was true.

Mark said he left the house after Eric and Sarah left and he drove to the area near the Dublin Store, a few miles away. There he saw a lot of police. However, he said he still didn’t notify authorities what Eric had said.
