Pentwater winterfest

PENTWATER — The Pentwater Chamber of Commerce will hold its Winterfest Saturday, Feb. 8. The event includes a variety of activities, indoors and outdoors, for all ages.

Events include:

– Pentwater Lake Perch Fishing Tournament, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

– Storytelling at Storybook Village, 10:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

– Soup competition at the Antler Bar, noon to 2 p.m.

– Snowman Scram 5K race, Pentwater Public Schools, noon.

– Open house and wine samples at Cenzo’s, noon to 5 p.m.

– Pentwater Pathways Open cross country skiing, 1 to 4 p.m.

– Sledding at the Village Green, all day.

– Corks and Canvas winter wine tasting and art walk downtown, 2 to 5 p.m.

– Mardi Grad Party at the Antler Bar, beginning at 5 p.m.
