LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned this past week in front of Mason County Magistrate Patricia Baker in 79th District Court.
Arraignments
Felonies
Tyrone Gardner
– Tyrone Gardner, 51, of 406 E. Foster St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 16 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of domestic violence, third offense, and habitual offender, fourth offense. A preliminary exam is set for Jan. 29 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
Donna Brown
– Donna Lee Brown, 60, of 4152 Washington Rd., Pentwater, was arrested Jan. 17 by LPD for a felony of embezzlement over $20,000. A preliminary exam is set for Jan. 29 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal. See related story here.
Misdemeanors
– Dean Alan Drake, 51, of 105 E. Tinkham Ave., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 16 by LPD for a misdemeanor of larceny less than $200. A pretrial is set for Feb. 10 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
– Brandon Matthew Jablonski, 21, of 1145 Pineway, Ludington, was arrested Jan. by the Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP-H) for misdemeanors of failure to maintain security, DWLS and unlawful use of plate. A pretrial is set for Feb. 10 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
– Morgan Montana Svidron, 22, of 2932 Anthony Rd., Pentwater, was arrested Jan. 1 by MSP-H for misdemeanors of medical marijuana – improper and open intoxicants. A pretrial is set forFeb. 10 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
– William Giles Pennington, 40, of 7 W. Concord, Athens, W. Va., was arrested Jan. 18 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Feb. 24 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Thomas Paul Mauer, 49, of 880 S. Meyers Rd., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 18 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Feb. 24 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.\
– David Lee-Allen Barrett, 26, of 114 Park St., Pentwater, was arrested Jan. 18 by Scottville Police Department (SPD) for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set forFeb. 24 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Charles Anthony Wieand-Foley, 21, of 501 N. Washington Ave., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested Jan. 4 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of retail fraud, third degree. A pretrial is set for Feb. 3 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Caleb John Bowman, 31, of 741 N. Dennis Rd., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 18 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Feb. 24 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety.
– Troy Douglas Henney, 29, of 7911 E. Navajo Trail, Branch, was arrested Jan. 19 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Feb. 24 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
