79th District Court, as of Oct. 16, 2013

LUDINGTON – The following defendants were sentenced this past week in 79th District Court:

–          George Osdell Teague, 27, of 724 N. Harrison St., Ludington, was found guilty Oct. 14 of disorderly conduct  – fighting. He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; no contact with other party; and $285 in fines and costs.
–          Donald Douglas Coker, 50, of 112 Reinberg Ave., Scottville, was found guilty Oct. 14 of illegal gear, hook, weight, suspend and was sentenced to $220 in fines and costs. One count of attempting to snag a fish was dismissed.
–          Domonic Christopher Bell, 19, of 4929 E. US-10, Custer, was found guilty of no motorcycle endorsement Oct. 10 and sentenced to $275 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State.
